I've been painting for five years. While being an artist is a difficult tug-of-war between my inner dreamer and critic, I've grown to love this process a lot. It hasn't just taught me much about the world, but also about myself.

I take joy in capturing the beauty that surrounds us, whether in the faces of people or the intricate patterns of nature. I enjoy blending elements of enchantment to unite the physical and the spiritual. Every brushstroke on the canvas tells a unique story.
My Art journey
Birdie, a self-taught artist from Las Vegas, has a natural talent for art and has dedicated herself to her craft for the past five years. Specializing in hosting Paint ‘n Sip parties and art classes, Birdie excels at inspiring others to explore their creative abilities. During the pandemic, she initiated an #Art4kids fundraiser to supply art materials to 2nd and 3rd graders in the CCSD, and volunteered to teach art online.
Birdie's preferred painting subjects are people and trees, predominantly using acrylics and mixed media in her artwork. Music serves as a significant source of inspiration for her creativity, often painting while listening to music through headphones. She shares her love for music and art by hosting unique Silent Disco Paint Jam parties with her DJ husband, Dj Plumcrazy, together known as the dynamic duo Plum & Birdie.
